Refund and Cancellation Policy

No refunds

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are not refundable, including when you cannot attend, except as set out below.

Name transfers

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person until 21 November 2026. Message the committee on WhatsApp (Bhagya, 077 338 3565) with your order number and the new attendee's name. We will reissue the ticket in the new name and the old ticket will stop working.

If the event is cancelled or changed

If the committee cancels the event, ticket holders will be offered a refund of the ticket price or, if the event is rescheduled, the option to keep the ticket for the new date. We will contact you using the email and phone number you gave at checkout.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you are charged more than once or are charged but receive no order confirmation, contact us with your payment details and we will check and, where a payment was made in error, refund it. Refunds to cards are returned through the payment provider and can take several business days to appear.
