Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to tickets bought on this website for Royal Flush – The Great Batch Get-Together, organised by the Royal College Union Group of 2013 ("the batch") on 28 November 2026 at The Kingsbury Hotel, Colombo.

Tickets

  • Tickets are sold as Single (admits one person) and Couple (admits two people). Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR).
  • You must enter the full name of each attendee when you order. Ticket holders may be asked to show photo ID at the door.
  • Tickets are subject to availability. An order is confirmed only when payment is received.
  • Tickets may not be resold for profit. A ticket may be moved to another person only through our name-transfer process (see the Refund and Cancellation Policy).

Payment

  • You can pay by card through PayHere, by instalments through KOKO where offered, or by bank transfer.
  • For bank transfers, your order is held until we have received payment. Use your order number as the payment reference and send the slip to the committee on WhatsApp. Orders not paid within a reasonable time may be cancelled and the tickets released.

The event

  • Entry is from 8 PM on 28 November 2026. The dress code is "Dress like you own the room".
  • The venue's rules apply. The committee may refuse entry to or remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or disorderly, without refund.
  • Photos and video may be taken at the event for the batch's records and social media. Tell the committee if you object.
  • Programme, timings and inclusions may change for operational reasons.

Liability

The batch is a volunteer group. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss or injury at the event other than where caused by our negligence, and we are not liable for indirect loss.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
